How to Make Your Lunch Healthier

Do you find that you don’t have the time to have a sit down meal lunch time? It often happens to me, and when I am out and about, I am always picking up meal deals. But since I found out how much many calories and how much salt and sugar these deals contain, I don’t very often have a meal deal any more.
