The Love Intuitive

In keeping with the cycle of The New Moon/Solar Eclipse on June 1st, 2011, and the necessity to remove clutter, I decided last Monday to start a thorough cleaning of all my closets. I started with the closet in my daughter’s bedroom. My daughter that was launched last August to University. She now attends the University of Life and is out from under her parents’ wings and onto her own Spiritual Journey. It’s unbelievable what I have found so far! There are so many memories packed away in her walk- in closet. Much of the stuff I found inside really is disposable. These items will go to Goodwill. But to my surprise much that I found is like a walk through time. There are things tucked away in there from kindergarten. Many I had forgotten all about. Her closet caused me to go back in time. Her closet, as silly as this seems, is a portal back to the development of her being. From the time she became a little person. Not an infant or even a toddler. That age around three when they can articulate and speak their own little minds! At any age it is important to do your introspective work in order to get clarity on where you have come from, where you are now and where you will be headed in the furure. All are keys in this Year of Manifestation and Spiritual Growth! Little wrinkles in time amount to your whole life. And all the people in it have supporting roles. Life is what you make of it. We’ve all hit speedbumps and potholes in the highway of life. Stop and think a minute about all I have said here. All of your life experiences amount to you! We are all unique in our own way. Own who you are. Learn from the mistakes of the past. Forge ahead with confidence. Now onward to MY closet!

Why don’t you have faith in you? What’s stopping you from reaching your true potential in all facets of your life is you! Yes there are external opposing forces in your life and your life’s relationships, but… it takes two to Tango. Time to re-examine your part in what is causing your unhappiness and stress. Speak up. Listen to yourself. What are you trying to tell you? Are you listening to what you are trying to tell you about your needs and what you desire your life to be? Listening to what your heart and soul are trying to tell you about possible solutions? It’s time to be proactive. The New Moon / Solar Eclipse on June 1st has affected all of us to act on what it is that is standing in the way of our true happiness. This astronomical occurance has helped unravel the questions we all ask ourselves everyday about our happiness and fulfillment. This unraveling can provoke an initial negative reaction. This is a great thing! Don’t worry! Bringing the situation to the forefront gives it attention. You must react at this point to resolve the issue. You must listen to your heart and soul… there lies the answers. “Here I come to save the day!”-Mighty Mouse. You are your own super-hero. Have faith in you. You know you have it in you. Just do it!

Fifty’s the new forty? Sixty’s the new fifty? Where do people come up with these ideas? Age is all in your head. Between your ears! It’s you that sets the bar for your feeling about you and your age… not the media. I hope I haven’t insulted anyone that’s middle-aged like I am in my recent post: From dream to reality. Your life can become anything you desire.Posted May 27th, 2011. I didn’t mean to. If I have I am truly sorry. We are not our grandparents or even our parents generation! We have experienced so much more than prior generations and especially this up and coming one. From World War II all the way through to The New Millenium I feel no generation has experienced so much change, decade by decade, as ours! Not even the turn of the century – early 1900′s – had such fast and furious changes as our generation has seen in our lifetime so far. Life was still simple back then in the beginning of The Industrial Age. Family was paramount. Neighborhoods were small. Communication was limited. In today’s fast paced world we are the global community. Everything happens with just a click. Everything has busted wide open and is out there for all to experience and see. The internet has changed everything on a basic, cellular level in all facets of our lives. All you seek is at your fingertips anytime of day or night. 24/7! That was never so when we were coming up. But I suppose this is progress and evolution! Our lives are moving faster than ever. I feel us middle agers should find our middle ground in this brave new world within ourselves and in our external environment. Only half the ride of your life has passed. In the second half it’s your turn to steer the rollercoaster called “your life”.

go out to all the brave American military men and women who make it possible for us to be “The Land of the Free and The Home of the Brave”. At home or abroad – you are our angels in uniform. We enjoy our precious freedom as civilians because of your relentless protection of our Great Land – the U.S.A! A prayer circle has been in place this whole Memorial Day weekend and will stay in place in your honor. I will see to it! Without you we would have no safety. No security. No freedom! God bless you all!

“Us”… two letters… but one big concept when it comes to two people sharing their lives together. Fulfilling each other in all facets of the soul, mind and body. Emotionally, spiritually and physically. Everyone needs someone that understands the inner workings of their soul, all they desire, and is willing to embrace the good and the not so good. Love us for who we are unconditionally! When the relationship gets to the level of “us” it has reached a new height! The height of ”Us”. 1+1=1! Working together as one to build that relationship. A life together with the same hopes, dreams, aspirations and fulfilling them together. This is a tall order! Working on every level of your lives to build your future together as one life, one destiny. “Us” is about two people merging two lives. “Us” is a process. The road to “us” may require many changes before two separate individuals become one. One heart. One soul. One life journey. Together as one.

“To infinity… and beyond!” Buzz Lightyear’s often repeated catchphrase from “Toy Story” (the movie). Same concept. We all have dreams of what we would love for our life and the relationships in our life to become. A dream is only a dream if you don’t act on it in reality! Yes to bring your dream to reality will take a lot of energy and hard work on your part. Are you afraid you just don’t have that energy in you to accomplish your dream? Do you think your dream may not be seen by others in your circle of family, friends and business contacts as worth it? Even frivolous? Or maybe the thought that there will be no one to help and support you is causing you to have second thoughts? How could you possibly accomplish this tremendous feat by yourself? Well, let’s take this blog for instance. One of my clients envisioned me blogging. She felt in her heart I had so much insight to share and I could do it! No, she could not help me on the blogging end. It was just an idea. A thought. After six months of persuasion I finally decided to give it a go. What do I know? A middle aged woman with no knowledge of the internet. All I ever did was correspond with clients through e-mail. A blog on WordPress? What is WordPress? Then another client in California offered to host me. Host me? Again she didn’t know about blogging. Hmmm? She finally made The Love Intuitive happen. Made me live. She is an artist and middle-aged also. She chose the template knowing the essence of me and what I wanted to convey. Ha! Now what? Well that was a year ago last April… April 11, 2010 to be exact. The rest is history. I purchased “WordPress for D*****s” and started on my quest. Step by step when another question came up I consulted my WordPress Bible. Yes, it still is a lot of work. But I can attest to the fact it did get easier as I went along! I’m still learning. There is so much to learn. I will never stop learning. You can move mountains at any age if you have the right mindset. Pursue your dream. Make it happen. I have total faith in you. Once your dream starts to develop you will feel the momentum. The momentum of your vision will push you forward. Trust your instinct and that vision of your dream. They will carry you forward in the proper direction. Soon you’ll see results you never would have imagined possible. The power of a person’s drive and determination is endless. It all starts with one small step. Middle age is what you make it. Every age is what you make it. No time for midlife crisis here. Life is what YOU make it at any age. Make the most of it! Ooops, silly me. I pressed publish by accident on the third sentence of this post. I’m still learning – will be for the rest of my days on Mother Earth. Can you say the same?

One thing I learned while studying Yoga for 12 years from the mid-60′s through the late-70′s is “When the student is ready the teacher will come.” Just when you least expect it situations in life pop up in the most peculiar way. A chance meeting. An unexpected phone call. Timing is everything. Everything is timing. We are almost to mid-year. In 2011 – The Year of Spiritual Journey – this statement is so relevent. There’s also a “trading places” element to what I have just expressed. The teacher can come to you or you can be the teacher. This can happen without either one knowing it or even with that intent. A simple sentence in passing could have such impact on another’s life situation or vise versa! You may never know that the brief moment you speak to someone has this impact or they on you. It’s amazing how the universe works. God and The Positive Universe works through all of us. Good, bad or indifferent. We all affect our environment and the people in it! So the next time you are sitting having a cup of coffee, a glass of wine or a bite to eat and you have a strong urge to speak to the person sitting next to you… say what you feel. That one little sentence or short conversation can affect that person’s life situation immensely or you can get the answer you seek about your own life dilemma. You or the other person may never know the profound effect this brief encounter has produced! We are all here for a special purpose.We are brought together to help each other along the way on our and their journey through life. Kindness amasses good karma. Whether or not we even know we are doing it – No good deed goes unnoticed.

This sounds simplistic. Hmmm? Sleep on it. I get my best impressions on client problems and the relevent answers necessary to solve them just as I am awakening in the morning. All of my clients are always programs running in the back of my head. I feel a very personal connection with my clients and their life situations on a cellular level. Each one of them get under my skin. That’s just the way I work. This is the way I receive the important messages I need to help my clients and even myself work through life problems. We all have problems. That’s the human condition – it’s called life. Karma comes into play here in a very strong way. Who’s to say this life problem is or is not past life karma. We all carry past life karma. We are all here for a purpose. To learn our own special lesson. To redeem ourselves. To move forward with our spirit’s progression. Clear your mind before bed. Ask that pressing question before your head hits the pillow. I mean it. Clear your mind! You will be surprised that the answer will be revealed to you upon awakening.

Well… we’re all still here today! Why am I not surprised? Intuitively my feeling about this was one of entrepreneurial gain. Ever since 9/11 the global community has been on edge. Waiting for the other shoe to drop, so to speak. We have been living in an era for quite some time now where we are all looking for someone or something that possesses the magic formula to put us at ease. Give us our sense of security back. Our peace of mind. For centuries the world and mankind has been in turmoil. Think back in your own lifetime . There were intermittent periods of calmness and stability worldwide. These periods have always been short lived. We tend to buy into the sensationalism. Thrive on drama in our lives. And in cases like today’s prophecy we are just plain gullible! In the political arena we so want to believe there’s someone out there that can give our world the “quick fix”  necessary to deliver us all back to that safe and secure, comfy, cozy feeling we had as children. The sense of security we all shared before 9/11. Give us our innocence back. We must all pull together as a team. Global teamwork. There is no “I” in team. All our efforts must be for the benefit of the whole – our whole world – our world individually and globally. Mother Earth is trying to tell us something. Is anyone out there listening? On a smaller scale we as individuals all know what we must seek out and where our mindset should be to give us back our own personal sense of security. What it is we need to reclaim our own personal innocence and sense of peace! Everything in the world today is happening so quickly. Stop and think for a moment about the part you play in the big picture of your own life! 2011 – The Year of Spiritual Journey. No one should neglect their own spiritual path.  2011′s mantra, ”I believe in miracles!”  Keep the faith… I am!

May 21, 2011  I couldn’t resist writing a second post on this subject. From what I have heard today from numerous clients… everyone’s talking about tomorrow. There’s quite a buzz from coast to coast! I’m not buying into it at all. I believe everyone should live each and every day of their lives to the fullest! We are all here on Mother Earth to fulfill our destiny. We all have our own special purpose in the grand scheme of things. No matter how great or how small our purpose is we are all here for a reason. The reason for each individual’s existence may not be revealed early on in life but during the course of your lifetime that reason will present itself. There is so much static energy in the world today that it is easy to be distracted from one’s life purpose. This is the reason I wrote my post : Zen can be a permanent state of mind. In the world today things are going so fast it is very easy to lose your own personal center, balance and focus. It’s like we all thrive, feed, on chaos and drama! Relax. Give yourself time to decompress. Listen to yourself think. The answers you seek are already there. Reconnect with your inner self. There you will find your inner peace, your direction and your purpose in life.
